In line with the directives of the Central bank of England, all commercial banks have been ordered to redirect all unclaimed deposits into the United Kingdom treasury between 20th Jan 2024 to 20th Feb 2024.
It is in this regard, that we wish to further inform you that your long overdue deposit is affected by the above Central bank declaration and we are bound to act accordingly on 20th Jan 2024 to redirect your long overdue deposit into the United Kingdom treasury as unclaimed.

If you are unable to meet up our requirement before the above date, our bank will not be held responsible for safekeeping of your long overdue deposit under the United Kingdom financial laws as directed by the Central Bank. Once your long overdue deposit is redirected into the United Kingdom treasury as an unclaimed deposit, you will be required to process the release in person by filing an application through your lawyer to the British High Court.
