Thirst for Knowledge

As I walk through life, I search for the meaning of it all
From love to hate, from crooked to straight
Hoping the answers will unfold
However late, however small and however great

Why are we, Who are we and what is our purpose for survival?
Who is my enemy, Who is my rival?
I am hungry and I have a thirst for knowledge
Am I a child of God or natures freak?
A scientific experiment, I have to seek
Animals, humans, insects and all crustations

All bold questions, nothing shy
I am a man and I want to know, I'm ready and set to go
I am hungry so I must eat
I strive every day, I will not except defeat
I have a thirst for knowledge, I have a thirst for truth

I search for inspiration and education
Wisdom my indignation...I am hungry I must eat
Understanding is the key...I must obtain this degree
Math science, English and grammar
